1. How to book your vehicle?

We are working right now with Airbnb, so when you contact with us you will redirected to Airbnb to make the booking. There you can find more information and about the van.

 

2. How the insurance works?

The insurance covers the people who drive the van, covering as well  the damages that may be caused to third parties and to the van itself. Its very important that you SEND A COPY OF YOUR DRIVING LICENSE BEFORE YOU COME TO SEND IT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY

3. Why we have a deposit?

This security deposit covers small damages in the upholstery of the vehicle, small scratches on the van etc, and tries to foresee the incorrect use of the van. We can not use insurance for small amounts less than 400 euros. Basically what is intended is for the customer to take good care of the van.

Currently we work with Airbnb, which maintains the deposit without charging it on the credit card, but would do so, if that would be necessary.

Airbnb is the one that you decide how much money to use from the security deposit in case it is necessary.

THE MONEY OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS HELD BY AIRBNB, NOT BY US.

4. What should I expect from the rental price quoted?

We include the following:

-Unlimited miles (300 km. per day).

-Comprehensive insurance.

-Kitchenware.

-Bed linen (campers only)

-CD/MP3 Player.  USB connection (only for certain models.)

-Local taxes included

5. How to get arrived and get the van?

The van will be at Sandviksveien 35.  WE DONT HAVE SERVICE AT THE AIRPORT, if you need it, we need to know in advance to make and arrangement. Normally the cost is 500 kr.

From the airport  the easiest and cheapest is to get in the tram, that is just in the main door of the airport. There is only one line to the city center, and just go until the last stop!

From there you can take many buses (number 3,4 and 5 or 6 to get to Sandvikstorget(bus stop) From the city center the same buses are running from FiskMarket and Festplassen! (Downtown)

We will attend the host by phone, or other apps as WhatsApp , whatever is the best.

6. How to pay the tolls?

In Norway there are a lot of tolls, so we have a gadget in the van that is paid automatically. After the stay, we will check how many tolls have been used and send a request for the money you have to pay for them.
